At the present time we do accept Medicare. For other insurances we are condsidered out of network, but, we will give you the necessary paperwork to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You can also use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending for your visit. In general, you can spend tax-free from your Health Savings Account on all medical, prescription drugs, or other qualified medical expense, the expense has to be primarily for the prevention or alleviation of a physical or mental illness.
How does reimbursement work? A properly coded superbill will be provided to you. This form is helpful for patients that have insurance coverage but their provider is out-of-network. Clients simply submit receipts for reimbursement to insurance, FSA account, HSA account.
As every insurance policy is different we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Your payment, however, will count toward your out of network deductible.
Payment is due at the time of service.
